There is no such thing as a big Iowa endorsement.
“There is no such thing as a big Iowa endorsement.”
Oh yea, how about Radar O’Reilly?
It would be big if it were an endorsement for Romney. The MSM will no doubt ignore it since it’s for Gingrich.
I moved to Iowa three years ago, and I never heard of this guy. Granted, I do not read the local papers all that much, but how big can this fellow be?
That would actually be worth something.

Good news. Glad to see Newt picking up these endorsements. Every little bit helps in defeating the RINOs and Mitt.
dueling endorsements...
Enough with the hyperbole. Reading the headline, I expected to see Palin or Tebow
JC Watts also endorsed Newt. Oklahoma is a few states over, but an endorsement is an endorsement
When the Korean War ended, Radar came back to Iowa. He failed at farming and resettled in St. Louis, Missouri, and became a police officer.
(According to the pilot episode of “W*A*L*T*E*R*”, which only aired once)
Shame on you!
A FReeper who doesn't stay informed about his own state politics is just plain lazy.
Do you ever listen to this guy on the radio?
That's me talking with Simon.
I drove 1200 miles from Connecticut to see Sarah Palin.
At least there is one Palin who isn't a quitter!
He is Speaker of the House.
>> Speaker of the Iowa House and you haven’t heard of him? Glad you’re paying such close attention. We’ll be sure to give your assessment the attention it deserves. >>
Great point. And another thing, many Iowans (who have lived there far longer than three years) take their Caucus very very seriously. Having said that, I have no idea whether this is a big endorsement in Iowa or not - so perhaps some Iowans who are more tuned in than our friend here can tell us.
The headline clearly told me it was a big deal for Iowa only - which clearly meant it was not Tebow or Palin.
Now I don’t know if it is big in Iowa or not, but a big national endorsement would not have had Iowa in the header.
Didn’t you used to be Baghdad Bob?
My family has been here in Iowa since the Civil War. I do not believe Iowans care much about endorsements, especially from individuals.
Wonder who that guy, Jim Kirk from Riverside is endorsing?
