This administration is becoming surreal. It’s a good thing most American’s spend their time playing video games, watching cooking shows and reality TV, otherwise folks might end up outraged.

The local motels & restaurants will make some money off the costs of having those 50 agents in town.
The work is currently being done by 91 deputies. Feds want to replace with 50 agents. That’s ok. Set up a procedure where the illegals will be held until each is seen by an agent, interviewed in front of a deputy, and a disposition made by the ICE agent.
Have a local judge issue a holding order to stop local prosecution of any crimes until a resolution comes back from the ICE agents.
Now I’m thinking that will cause quite a back log but that is the way the cookie crumbles.

I believe that the feds are trying to say that Arpaio was violating the “constitutional rights” of the illegals by not offering each one of them the opportunity to register to vote under the Motor Voter Fraud Act.
The feds want blood and will do anything to promote the RAT agenda for illegal voters.
Have they asked the Sheriff if he stopped beating his wife yet?
Enough warning shots and they're likely to start taking some return fire. My guess is that Sherriff Joe fires a few of his own and bites down even harder on the Birth Certificate investigation. Swat a hornet or two and eventually the whole nest comes your way.

The story appears to say the sheriff’s efforts are doomed because Arizona/Maricopa County was getting federal funding. This is why the ability for the Federal Govt. to take money from us, about 50% of the population, must be removed from the authority of evil individuals. This kind of matter really raises my hair. People keep talking government this and government that when it is all about people using government. If you have evil people there will always be evil government unless the people outside of the government make sure to minimize government like the Founders recognized and intended.
Perry has been all over this issue, but no one is listening.
It is frustrating.

No, the County Sheriff is the chief law enforcement of his county. From what I understand the Constitution says on the matter, Joe Arpaio has more law enforcement power in his county than do any federal officers. So, here’s hoping Sheriff Joe arrests all fifty of these guys and puts them in his lockup in the general population along with the illegals. Of all the real LEOs on the scene today, Sheriff Joe is the only one with the balls to do it. Maybe Sheriff Paul Babeau from neighboring Pinal County can come and assist.
The sheriff is a higher authority in his own state than the federal government, and their ouster of him for political reasons is all kinds of illegal. They must have physically overpowered or threatened him. He’s a top cop in Arizona, and they have no jurisdiction over him. Too bad he and his deputies didn’t fend them off, for it would be perfectly legal for them to do so.
And the sheriffs in our country are our last hope of taking it back again. Once the feds remove the strong, conservative sheriffs, all is lost. There goes the last “controlling legal authority.”
The authority of sheriffs is clear. I don’t trust the courts to uphold it though.

Perhaps the Sheriff can contact the Sheriff’s in Texas and have them get Homeland Security database access, then download a copy to Sheriff Arpaio. Why do other states allow the federal government to usurp their authority? Wake up state governors lets get some guts already!!

since this is “in custody” then the sherriff’s office has the right to have a deputy there during the interview to prevent any illegal action.

I simply cannot trust any ICE agent beholden to the current Administration—or the Mexican Govt. (you decide) IMO anyone working for Janet N. or Barry Soetoro is automatically suspicious and most probably anti-American. I find Sheriff Joe A. more credible than Anybody appointed by or loyal to this

Wow, I wouldn't doubt it, and they revoked his access to federal databanks. Looks like Arpaio & Co. may have touched a raw nerve with the "Big Illegal" and his BC. This administration stinks out loud...I can't say this loud enough without using Caps. Time to dust off the 10th Amend. and get real serious with it.
Look for more bogus information when the final reports come in. These are GUBMINT employees being told what to do and what to report. The true story will not come out. If Arpaio wants to, and the county/state agree, they can refuse federal money and take back control of their local operations. Might mean a tightening of the belt a little, and cutting down/out some entitlement programs, but well worth it to regain state control of the state.
