Same as he polled last election and walked away with his usual 10%.

That's what I'm suspecting.

What I'm wondering is - are these polls playing games with their sampling to exaggerate Paul's performance?

Yep, and then he will cry that his bussed in voters didn't get to vote. The Party didn't lose it's mind yet.
