Local administrators have publicly stated they don’t want these pigs anywhere near elderly or disabled in nursing homes.
The sentence is flat out wrong, they should be doing prison time.
Deranged people have no place near a nursing home....and those teens are sick and deranged.
Cleaning public toilets in malls is somewhat better, but still doesn't fit the crime.
