There is a lot of things to dislike about Romney but on a ‘family values’ platform he is hard to beat - seems about as squeaky clean as they come in that department.
Personally I think Romney is the only one that can beat Obama (for precisely the reasons he is disliked around these parts, because he is not very conservative) - whether or not he can win the nomination is a whole other question....
At least for the ones who have survived to birth.
I agree. Women will vote for Romney, and their votes will get rid of Obama. I honestly don’t think the soccer moms and other female voting groups will support Gingrich in such a comparable way. This will be especially evident when everyone is reminded that Gingrich cheated on his wife with another woman, and is currently on his third marriage.
