Smart and lazy is good. I had a friend that was the laziest man I knew. He always found ways to do stuff simply, effectively and once.
He called it “Economy of Effort”
both the obamas would be down with that
except they wouldn’t call it what it would be
dictatorship- they dictate, others comply
so much more effective than democracy at quickly achieving “the peoples’” goals
