Good points: And, to help me get this straight, I thought I had read on other threads in this same forum, that it was okay for good-looking (though not for bad-looking) female teachers to “hook-up” with their under-age students? And, in fact, a number of such have gotten off with a legal slap on the wrist (and no jail time). Fellow freepers declare the lookers “Not Guilty” based on their photos alone. But, now, we are to wish that this guy should be raped in prison? No double-standard there, of course. Granted, what the teacher in this story did was a violation of the statutory rape laws of NY State, as well as a compromise of the trust placed in him as a teacher. He will likely lose his job and his marriage, as well as serve time in prison — no small consequences. But, somehow, wishing he would be raped in prison, does not register with me — especially not when some of his female colleagues across the land who do the same thing are permitted to walk.

Yes but there is a law in NY state concerning statutory rape: Section III 1a paragraph B - “If said defendant is female and of or equal in hotness to Megan Fox said defendant is therefore not guilty of statutory rape but of answering prayers of said ‘victim’..ha ha did we just say victim? ha ha”
