The GOP is simply not running a serious race this year (they rarely do).

I'm coming to that line of thinking, too. The GOP "candidates" are more interested in burning off each other's flesh than attacking Obama.

And the sad part is... even though the chances of defeating Obama are slim, at least they exist. The only one-upping these people should be doing is outlining how much they can overturn the damage caused by this dark era that's been foisted upon us.

If the GOP were in fact serious, there's no way Ron Paul would be garnering double digits anywhere.

Seems to this poster, a lot of that is originating from Mitt Alinsky. From behind a carefully maintained firewall of plausible deniability. Remember all the “concern trolls”?

Same as last go around - the good people were all knocked out, leaving McCain of all people.

Which was how we ended up with McCain.

Except for Gingrich - but we see how well that's working out for him.

Call me crazy, but in every political season I feel as though we are the subject of a psy-ops effort to divide us by making us argue about meaningless things like how many marriages the candidates have, while our standing in the world, the strength of our defense, the erosion of our civil liberties, and the centralization of world financial and governing bodies proceeds apace and without evaluation, monitoring, and objection by the people that will be forced to live under the new regime. The elected officials are all bought and paid for, or threatened into submission in the rare case that they may object.

When all the choices in politics differ only in the meaningless issues, then there is no more choice, there is no more democracy, and no more freedom.

The usurpation is complete as we speak, but we are being led to believe we still matter.

I am sad for my children.

And the sad part is... even though the chances of defeating Obama are slim, at least they exist. Back in the day no one I knew was going to vote for Carter. Today, no one even my liberal relatives are going to vote for Obama. He will never be reelected. The fight is for the house and senate. Primary out Rino's. Dump Dims. Vote as best you can, even if you have to hold your nose. Repeat every cycle until DC is humbled and the constitutioned restored.
