This is a good thing! When America lacks a large enough population of low skill, poverty cycled labor class people we must resort to importing it from Mexico.
The real problem are the incentives these people have to not work after they pop the next generation of labor class out. Minimum Wage and Welfare Benefits need to be your target, not young inner-city mothers.
Meanwhile, the most hardworking, the middle class, gets to pay and pay and pay and pay while everyone else plays.
