I firmly believe that we need to have MANDATORY DNA testing of un-wed mothers, to identify the responsible male and saddle HIM with the support burden; not the rest of society.

Likewise, in the case of abortions, DNA testing to establish paternity should ALSO be mandatory, and multiple abortions resulting from a previous father would be used to pay for the killing of the unborn, NOT society.
