Ron Paul in 2009: “I Wouldn’t Have Risked American Lives” To End The Holocaust
Big Government ^ | 12/27/11 | Jeffrey Scott Shapiro

Posted on 12/27/2011 9:32:29 AM PST by Nachum

On the evening of Sept. 16, 2009, I was invited to a function for Rand Paul’s U.S. Senate campaign at the headquarters of Americans for Tax Reform.

I had been invited by a friend of mine via Facebook who was a passionate supporter of Ron Paul. Within minutes of arriving, I saw Rep. Paul enter the room, followed by an entourage of several college students.

I immediately walked up to Paul and introduced myself, and Paul smiled at me and shook my hand. I told him that I had always wanted to ask him a question, and that it was a hypothetical question, but I would appreciate his answer nonetheless. Paul smiled, and welcomed the question. At this point there were about 15 people surrounding us, listening.

And so I asked Congressman Paul: if he were President of the United States during World War II, and as president he knew what we now know about the Holocaust, but the Third Reich presented no threat to the U.S., would he have sent American troops to Nazi Germany purely as a moral imperative to save the Jews?”

And the Congressman answered:

“No, I wouldn’t. I wouldn’t risk American lives to do that. If someone wants to do that on their own because they want to do that, well, that’s fine, but I wouldn’t do that.”

...You’re to be commended for that, Bravo. I would hope to have that courage, but, I have not been tested. That said, I maintain you still had the choice, whether it was to yourself or to a group.

Well that is all fine and dandy but what does it have to do with your assertion of the non existent separation of Church and State in the Constitution?

What war has the US gone to in the name of religion as you also insinuated?

Actually you need to reread my post, you know where I said one could question the veracity of Shapario IF not for the corroborating words of others etc, you know the one you quoted.

Simple logic, I said that FR is replete with quotes and such the past few days on Paul's craziness. The news letters, Stormfront, Anti Israel screeds, blaming America for 9/11. I gave you the search where dozens of examples can be found. That he would say what Shapiro reports is far more believable than the idea he would lie about it. It fits into Paul's entire persona and "thought' process as exampled throughout the many posts here that you can look through.

Of course you are aware of that aren't you

Now I know logic and being a Ronulan are diametrically opposed concepts, but at least try and stop attempting to be cute...

What war has the US gone to in the name of religion...

Forgive me, it's not an actual war as no war was ever declared but the last I checked “terrorism” in the name of Allah or Islam was not a country and what have our leaders taken us to war against? Terrorism. Terrorism knows no boundaries. Do you agree? So how can our soldiers fight to win when there are no boundaries to fight within and when the enemy is allowed to operate within our confines of our military both at home and abroad?

This whole war on terror is just as RP says it is, it is a hoax to drain the bank accounts of hard working Americans, period. If it was for any other reason, our borders would have been secured 1st and foremost before one soldier set foot on foreign soil. It's time Americans wake up and take the blinders off. Man will never and can never bring peace to the middle east because the fighting over there has never been about land but about religion. If it was about land, Israel as we write would not be set to demolish an entire town(settlement) within the borders of Israel. Homes of faithful & loving Jews AND all in the name of religious peace aka submissive political correctness.

your assertion of the non existent separation of Church and State

HELLO! Are not churches today subject to the IRS? That is the separation the Constitution calls for because when a church succumbs to the govt, the govt has the authority to either let that church remain open or close it down depending on what the church is teaching and preaching. It also gives the govt the right to decide what is a church and what is not thus the ever growing persecution of those that gather in homes for bible study, being shut down because the govt deems that gathering as a church.

The Jews of all people know the results of such actions of govt coming in, taking their Scriptures and burning them and forcing them to follow whatever religion the govt deems appropriate. So we now have the govt deciding what is a church and what is not. A govt deciding what is a religion and what is not and you have to ask about separation of church and state?

America was founded because of religious persecution, the United States was founded because of govt persecution. Now that the two have met, the ride is in mach speed. What part of that do you not understand?

I wish I could have asked Paul some follow up questions to his statement. I would have asked something along these lines:

So, Mr Paul, if you had been President would you have not declared war on Germany after Germany had already declared war on the United States because you believed that our entrance in the war was only an excuse to end the Holocaust?

And suppose that you had been President Mr. Paul, and you went ahead and declared war on Germany. Would you have issued an executive order in 1944 or 1945 forbidding American Military Forces from liberating prisoners from death camps and concentration camps?

And as President, would you have barred taxpayer funds from being used during the trials at Nuremberg?

The problem with that scenario as I see it through the eyes of YHVH is this...

No US president takes an oath to a foreign power and any that takes action as to claim any authority over foreign power is usurping the power of YHVH.

It wasn’t Germany that attacked America troops on Hawaiian soil, it was Japan. Also, Germany never declared war against the United States and for that matter, neither did Japan, Japan merely attacked to provoke. Our founding fathers detested war and I believe that is why they found grace in the eyes of YHVH and thus His Divine Providence protected them and brought them victory in order for there to be a land in which YHVH’s children could live in peace, worshiping Him and in doing so, shining the “Light” of YHVH to the world. The archives of congress are replete with account after account how the Jewish people (house of Judah) who had settled in America gave all, including lives & wealth in support of freedom from persecution because if the Brits had won, they would have gone back under religious bondage a whole lot sooner than the mid 20th century.

In 1492 Columbus sailed the ocean blue. Why? Because he was a Jew. Persecution via holocaust was not invented in the 20th century and no matter where the house of Judah flees to, the curse follows them because they refuse to do as their Creator commands them to do which is to bring back their brethren under Torah and give up their doctrine of man(Talmud). And while I say this, I do not totally reject the Talmud, there is a lot of history that can be gleamed from it, especially about Temple service which is vital in knowing and understanding our Creator and how His covenant works. But that is all it is, a reference written by man. A reference that was not given to them by YHVH which they admit to.

"Also, Germany never declared war against the United States and for that matter, neither did Japan, Japan merely attacked to provoke.

"By the grace of Heaven, Emperor of Japan [Emperor Shōwa], seated on the throne occupied by the same dynasty from time immemorial, enjoin upon ye, Our loyal and brave subjects:

We hereby declare War on the United States of America and the British Empire. The men and officers of Our Army and Navy shall do their utmost in prosecuting the war. Our public servants of various departments shall perform faithfully and diligently their respective duties; the entire nation with a united will shall mobilize their total strength so that nothing will miscarry in the attainment of Our war aims."

Japanese declaration of war on the United States and the British Empire

"The German Government, consequently, discontinues diplomatic relations with the United States of America and declares that under these circumstances brought about by President Roosevelt Germany too, as from today, considers herself as being in a state of war with the United States of America.

Accept, Mr. Charge d'Affaires, the expression of my high consideration.

December 11, 1941.

RIBBENTROP.

German Declaration of War with the United States: December 11, 1941

Japan and Germany did declare war on the United States. I'm not going to get into a hair splitting discussion about the exact words a nation needs to declare War. Ribbentrop could not have delivered this message without the approval of Hitler, because Hitler was absolute dictator of Germany. If Germany considered itself in a state of war with the United States, it was because Hitler considered himself in a state of war with the United States.

For purposes of this thread, I prefer to stay with what we know was in the mind of man, and what we saw through the eyes of man. The central point is not what the plans for Israel were by a divine being, it is about Ron Paul's statement about using U.S. Military Forces to end the Holocaust. Ron Paul's statement was preposterous on its face, and shows as much knowledge of World History's events, and what drove them as Obama knows how many states there are.

What part of no man of the flesh can stop any holocaust from happening don’t you get? RP gets it, now if only the house of Judah and the dispersed remnant of the remaing 11 tribes that overwhelmingly voted for Obama in 2008 would get it.

And do not take this an endorsement of RP, I will never again endorse any man, but I will stand up for a man when he is on the right side of YHVH and not standing on the left with the goats.
