No one else would have either, "saving" Jews didn't factor into our entry into the war at all, though most Americans, Paul excluded, are properly proud of Americas participation, saving not just Jews, but the whole of Europe. The more appropriate question whether Paul would have felt a Europe, Africa and mideast under the Reich allied with a Japanese militarist empire in the far east would present a threat to the US. The answer, of course not, they'd only harm us if we did something to offend them, like breathing.

That was why America entered into WW II on the side of the allies? I suppose Mossad engineered the Japanese raid on Pearl Harbor and the Phillipines, using their time machine that they keep handy for that purpose. Germany and Italy were so mad at the US for having Pearl Harbor raided by cleverly disguised Mossad agents, that they declared war just for the heck of it. Otherwise, the US would have only fought with Japan. On the bright side, at least he admits that the Holocaust happened.

Very, VERY proud am I to honor and remember my Grandmother’s brother who was part of the 14th Armored Div., 68th Armored Infantry (named the Liberators post-WWII), which freed over 200,000 allied POWs in the last days of the war in Europe. He was KIA on 4/4/1945 outside Gemunden two days before his brothers-at-arms liberated the POWs at Hammelburg, and the same men went on to liberate Stalag VIIA. I have many other family members on my husband’s side who fought in the war - both in Europe and the Pacific - most made it back, some did not.

Regardless, without the efforts of EVERY man and woman no matter how small or large their part they all made a difference and SHOULD be honored and respected. My guess is that “Dr. Paul” would tell me something like my uncle and my husband’s uncles all died in vain - in a war that should never have happened (just like their stance with Iraq, and Afghanistan nowadays). It makes me sick - their sacrifices SAVED Europe as a whole, and countless lives. I will forever remember, and HONOR their sacrifices, as will my children (and hopefully their children, if we are so blessed). Ron Paul can take a flying leap (preferably without looking...).
