Senate Republicans and the President can't agree on new National Labor Relations Board members, leaving only two chairs on the board filled going into the new year.

This would be a major coup, I believe, if only turkey neck stands firm. What’s it worth to hang loose while Odumbo has to wait. This may be the most power the GOP has had.
The GOP should let the NLRB wither away. Unfortunately I’m certain that McConnell will fold like cheap tent. Has there ever been an issue where he held his ground and didn’t undermine conservatives?
As long as the GOP continues to operate in a Carteresque fashion, they will remain in the minority.
Americans like strength and commitment. They will rally around those who display these qualities. The current GOP establishment has neither.

While there is much that McConnell has done that is hard to understand, he is not a wimp. He has more backbone than any republican leader in recent times. I would love to see someone much stronger in his position but he is better than most in the Senate.
The party of stupid ,as you call it, is anything but stupid.Complicit is a more apt word.
I don’t think failing to support the House in the debt ceiling debate, the payroll tax cut debate, and many others is strong leadership. It’s the typical go along to get along attitude that you typically see.
As far as him being better than most, I have to disagree there as well. See DeMint, Johnson, Paul, Toomey...
