some folks even on this forum stick to this pollyanna notion of equal performance or behavior for any culture or race defined or based culture
you simply have to be totally blind or purposefully ignorant the obvious to see that some groups worldwide lag in the modern mostly civilized world and have more often than not historically
why I am not sure...geographical isolation is the primary culprit
i don't think there is a stupid black gene but on the other hand one cannot deny study after study where some groups fare better on intelligence...even weighted tests...than others time and again
it does not offend me to hear that urban Jews or Japanese folks test higher as a rule than my cornbread ass
but God forbid we throw anything of color in that sorta statement and heads explode even if the facts just stand out over and over
folks ignore facts they don't like and prefer to have faith in notions they can live with that are not supported by empirical observation
nowhere is this truer than in race...or maybe gender too
the fear of being called bigoted is white’s biggest fear today
conversely the lure to call folks bigot is a heady siren call for weakmninded whites...especially northerners...nothing personal if you are one
calling someone racist fills those who most often only know homogeneous culture with a sense of self import and self righteousness
it is the grease that has lubricated social liberalness and do goodery for decades now

there will always be a self important cop trolling these sorts of threads slaying bigotry dragons and crowing how noble..if blissfully ignorant they are
but if u scratch beyond that you might uncover the bigotry or prejudice of their own they are so quick to see in others
Conservatism is about truth and God granted morality based judgement. Not about wishful thinking in defiance of unpleasantness.
That’s the thing. Calling me racist, bleh, cos it don’t affect my experience or my education or anything about me.
I grew up in the phully in the 60s, 70s, and 80s.
I saw it all.
I was “friends” with black girls who were on my side as long as it didn’t involve another black girl. Or boy. All bets were off then.They were open about that.
I’m sure some here would call me racist and they have and they can bite me. :)

When my I met my husband at college, he was from an affluent suburb.. then he spent a summer in philly and his idealistic fantasy world collapsed. It was during the Mayor Goode, black mayor of philly, bombing of the MOVE people.
There’s a reason blacks aren’t shaping up, on the whole, and if it’s raciist to point that out, so be it. I don’t give a damn.
People, whites especially, worry about being called “racist” for addressing and speaking about these things. LBJ didn’t cause the black family to become non-existent...he helped it along for sure but his Great Society wasn’t the cause. It was happening long before him and his Great Society just provided them the excuse to blame others, esp whites, for their failure.
Culture, race, there’s a difference. There’s a reason immigrants of the past assimilated into our socuety and there’s a reason they no longer do.
I espeically like the self important cops trolling online trying to get us ignorant people to see the light. RME.
I grew up in the city back in the 60s 70s and 80s. There’s a resason my parents encouraged me to move out and a reason I did. There’s a reason I moved to a very affluent jersey suburb to raise my kids.
Like my parents, I wanted better for my kids.
The black people in this country had it a whole lot better than most others worldwide and most of the immigrants who came to this country and succeeded in the American Dream without all the laws giving them special treatment and them still failing! There is a reason they are still failing.
It’s not PC and it’s considered racist to say this stuff but I don’t care. It’s factual and it’s truth.
People refuse to see that.
