Please enlighten me, is Rick Perry for or against the Federal Courts interfering in state election issues?

Because, as I understand it, up until a week of so, Rick Perry was Against the Federal Courts interfering in state election issues, such as redistricting and Voter ID. However, now he wants the Federal Courts to interfere in a state’s election issue.

Perry’s point is that the US Supreme Court has already ruled against a similarly restrictive law in Colorado, based on the US Constitution.

There is a reasonable chance the court will ask the VA GOP why it ignored established legal precedence.

I think in the special circumstances as The GOP and the MSM shoving Romney in our face, lowdown, nasty tricks.Perry can utilize whatever is needed to fight this. The GOP and media will not chose the nominee.

You sound like this talking point in the comments below this article. If it was your candidate Palin,or Santorum or who ever it seems you would be screaming if they’re name was left off of a state ballot because the GOP want Romney.
