The welfare system, the prison system and the education system all are dependent of having more victims to support the public unions who support the Rats with checked off union dues. They prosper when the welfare rolls, school enrollment and prison population grows.

Democrats are genetically unable to cut any more. They would rather see complete default on all bonds...and send the checks out anyway, daring the banks not to cash them.
