Let me see. 23% plus 40% = 63%

What ever happened to the other 37%? Did they fall off the earth when we wer’nt looking?

-23 is just a Rasmussen index. It has nothing to do
with percentage.

He has a chart of percentage “approval”, but I do not bother to look at it.

Overall, 46% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's job performance. Fifty-two percent (52%) at least somewhat disapprove.

The headline figures are Rasmussen's "strongly approve/strongly disapprove" numbers. The numbers quoted above are for the whole electorate.

As long as the Bamster stays under 50% in the "somewhat" category and as bad as 40% in the "strongly disapprove"category his reelection chances are not good.

Rasmussen has proved to be an accurate pollster and his strongly approve/strongly disapprove numbers have been a good predictor of trends.
