Not just Obama and Holder, but some on the other side ignore the societal dangers from ignoring widespread illegal violations of the border. One side is looking for cheap votes and the other for cheap labor. Regardless of the political issues, a man that would do this to a baby deserves the death penalty. I'm not sure that cruel and unusual punishment is out of line for a cruel and unusual crime.
