I agree with that. Having only the two choices to vote for is stupid. The field needs to be opened up.

It is a rational and reasonable qualification in that if a person is getting ‘national’ funding they should be entitled to be on any national ballot. This does illustrate that Republicans can be as crooked as Democrats when it comes to elections.

Since everything else is tied to Federal money, why not this. You receive Federal campaign funds, you are elegible, makes sense to me. That ruling should effect all states that want to try something.

AS in: if your school receives Federal money, you can not invoke Religion into the school activity, if you receive Fed. money....you can't or you must...etc. etc. etc.

A voice of reason and common sense. The article did say that Governor McDonnell was in favor of this.
