A 32-year-old woman from Dalarna in central Sweden has been remanded on suspicions of child rape for having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy.
The woman was called in for questioning by police on December 22nd and placed under arrest later that day, the local Dala-Demokraten newspaper reported.
Police were alerted to the woman's relationship with the teen after she spoke to a social worker about the affair and the social worker in turn filed a report with police.
The couple allegedly began their relationship in August and continued to see each other up until the time of the woman's arrest.
According to court documents, the 32-year-old had sex with the boy at least five times.
The victim of the alleged crime has confirmed his relationship with the 32-year-old.
“The boy confirms that the information she has given is correct, but he does not believe he is an actual victim of rape,” prosecutor Fredrik Skoglund told the newspaper.
Normally having sex with a minor is a crime in Sweden only if the younger party is younger than 15-years-old.
However, the age of consent can be raised in cases where the younger person is seen to have a relationship of dependence with the older person, such as a teacher and a student.
In such cases, sex between and adult and someone as old as 18-year-old can be classified as child rape, Skoglund explained.
However, Skoglund refused to elaborate on the exact nature of the relationship between the woman and the 16-year-old.
According to the newspaper, the 32-year-old woman has no criminal record who is engaged in volunteer and charity work which puts her in close contact with children.

Attraction between men and women is, of course, something very natural. Sexual attraction occurring between a 16 year old boy and his 32 year old teacher is, in itself, no crime.
Pedophilia is wrong, but what about a consenting, healthy couple consisting of a 16 year old person and someone twice that age?
Are we to judge? A 16-year old man knows what sex is about.
In my opinion, it is wrong to label the female’s action “rape”. Probably, there was no force involved.
Like said, pedophilia is wrong, but being citizens who pass laws, we must look further than begging for a government to rule over our every action.
The sick idea of the total government was a major cause behind WWII.
It's not advisable for a 32 year old woman to have sex with a 16 year old person. But when lust strikes, consenting, sexually mature persons sometimes have difficulties sticking to ideals made up by people who know more about morals and God than the rest of us.

Denying it has been another one of the perverse goals of the feminists. This is just one more circumstance where feminists have about succeed in forcing many societies to pretend that there are no differences.
But, Sweden has a serious, ongoing problem with an invasion of the Islam population (as does most of Europe)!

Ever been to Sweden? Swedish women are not all blondes, nor are they all bikini models. They do tend to be better groomed and fitter than American women, on average. If you want to know what Swedish women look like, go to a local ELCA service, and correct for age, since church goers skew older. So do Swedes, for that matter.
One of those, the women have always been there you just did not read the sign language.
