The video, imbedded in a newscast with parts of it repeatedly shown, is posted at LA Observed. I have to say I can't see the pony tail. Maybe it's visible as he comes up the stairs, but in the embedded version you can't see much. What cracks me up is the height estimate ... 5'8" to 6'2". Yah.

Thanks for that link. He is not 6’ 2”. And he has an unusual walk. He leans to the right and left with every step. Definitely not the barrio walk. It is an unusual walk. He looked behind when he got out of the stairs. Was also stepping up two stairs at a time. In a big hurry. That has to be the main suspect.
