Ok, whatever.

I’m not saying anything that is out of left field.

Santorum is coming off a humiliating loss in Pa against a sub par Democrat. Obviously he isn’t superman, and Democrats/Romney have likely all the points they need to blow him out of the water.

Based on his barely there persona for the past few months, I don’t see him as being able to do much more than trip quickly.

Given that they’ve already shown they can “blow him out of the water” when he lost miserably in 2006, you’re correct.

Furthermore, Santorum’s “surge” (which I believe is real enough) was a direct result of the “surprising” CNN poll that showed him already surging, when, in fact, according to the Des Moines Register polling conducted two days prior and two days after the CNN poll was released, showed no such surge prior to the CNN announcement. All of his “surge” was the result of some Iowans jumping on what they perceived to be the latest bandwagon, in my opinion. Some people just want to be seen as voting for the ultimate winner in the end, and that’s about at deep as they get, unfortunately.

Anyway, as we’ve seen repeatedly in this process, bandwagons have quickly run out of momentum.
