The governments of the various states of the Northeast Corridor (yes I mean all three branches )don’t give a damn about the Constitution . Understand this when you go there .

There areall sorts of ways - leagal or not - to avoid paying a judgment.
The plaintiff probably couldn’t find an attorney to go after the judgment because the payoff for an attorney made in not worthwhile.
somehow I don’t think you do. Maybe you check the gun laws, but if you really check out ALL the laws every time you visit another state, you’d be a very busy person. The Ohio Revised Code alone would be entail quite a bit of homework.
I think the bottom line here is that this person was trying to do the right thing and we need to focus on the bad people. This is why so many people HATE our legal system, even though it is the best in the world.
That is absolutely right. One must know the laws of any state in which they possess a firearm.
