Why does everything here about the Civil War sooner or later end up with you guys talking about how much better you think things are down there nowadays?

Northerners moving South now or Southerners trying to lose their accents don't have much to do with the rights and wrongs of what happened 150 years ago.

because many down here are just pissed off with those who move down here and spout what is said on here.

So when some southerners read the usual crap then think of those they have met who have moved down here and spout the same.

As for your last line, well you’re right it doesn’t have much to do with it.
