DALLAS - A 14-year-old Texas girl who has been missing since 2010 was mistakenly deported to Colombia by immigration agents and is now sitting in a detention facility waiting to come home.
According to CBS affiliate KHOU Jakadrien Turner ran away from home in the fall of 2010 following her parents divorce and the death of her grandfather. She ended up in Houston, where she was arrested for theft. The girl gave police a fake name, which apparently belonged to a 22-year-old illegal immigrant from Colombia, who had warrants for her arrest.

You seem to be of the opinion that if I get arrested I should be able to say to the government my name is SuzyQue, get released on my promise to show up at court or get bailed out and let you deal with the bench warrant that is issued after I don’t show. Good luck with that. It might complicate your life a bit.
Also I don’t understand your problem with voter ID laws?
Her mother is clearly guilty for giving her that name.
She is 14 now. The deportation happened *two years ago*. The real question is how many 12 year olds look 22, even to a fedgov boob? (Trust me, I work for the fedgov, and have seen many fedgov boobs in my time, but nobody this d-d stupid...)
