The Fingerprint is the Data point that the records should be based on, ie it don’t change. Using a name without verifying it, is a comedy that is Gov’t.

A lot of people give erroneous information when fingerprinted. The FBI never erases it. They will always have the false name associated with the fingerprints. And welcome to FR.

I'd say it's more terrifying than comedy. Deporting based only on a name is scary. I know some folks find it funny or think she learned a lesson, but what if you share a name with somebody who is a criminal/illegal? We hear about people ending up on no-fly lists because of mistaken identity. This kind of crap should concern people.
