sneakers, when I don’t stick with my good foods and don’t work out, the weight instantly jumps back on. I regained 4.5 pounds after two days of football snacks. yeesh! Here’s hoping you lose that pound!
PAMom, I had reached “critical mass” and my strength was junk the weekend before I restarted. Told my brother I HAVE to spend a solid year focusing on my health, so no late night fish fries and beer for me this year. Apparently, the snacks have to be avoided, too. Got to get healthy and strong, need to be able to put up a d@mn good fight if the SHTF. Make that your motivation... :o)
