no you don;t have an obligation at all , you go to congress and get approval and if they say no then so be it.
You don’t go and make up new Deps, appoint people and then go to a high school when kids are supposed to be learning and then tell these people you don’;t need congress.
What is scary is how the people in that crowd actually clapped and cheered.
Then some wonder why the constitution is not taught in schools but now in CA homosexuality will be.

I’d like to see a campaign ad which shows:
(1) an image of “Captain Zero” swearing to support the Constitution at his inauguration and then
(2) an image of “Captain Zero” laughing his ass off.
(3) while these two videos cycle through again and again, a list of the un-Constitutional things “Captain Zero” has done crawls into view.

This is good news, just so we’re all clear. Congress is filled with Liberal Democrats and Moderate Demcorats and RINOs and Conservative and Moderate Republicans and it is in their human nature to want to be able to excerise the pwoer they have jsut as much as Obama does. Even the most liberal elements of Congress are not gonna be alright with Obama claiming he can make orders without them. His job is to execute THEIR orders. Period. And I would imagine if Obama keeps this up they will take advantage of the power balance we have to do something. They will pass veto-proof laws limiting his power, they will repeal laws than can and have been abused by Obama to expand his power beyond what the law of the land permits. And the SCOTUS judges will probably not accept for a microsecond Obama telling them from now on only he decides if his actions are Constitutional. Especially since 5 of the 9 are still right leaning and havent made plans to retire within the next few years-SCOTUS judges have served until they’re 82 or even 90 years old. ANd even among liberal judges, I reckon its the same. For instance, I doubt Clinton nominated Ginsburg, who plans to stay until 2015, would feel any need to fall in line with Obama every time a case is brought to SCOTUS-and if Obama goes much further in acting outside the Constitution the cases will be brought forward.
This isnt the Weimar Republic, which was a joke of a govt system to begin with and never had any real respect from the people from its inception. And even overthrowing the laughably weak Weimar Republic was not something Hitler could do without German people by and large getting behind him and wholeheartedly getting behind his genocidal policies This is a 200+ year old established govt system that has been honored by its people as their system of govt, and the best one there ever was. For Obama to ruin it in 4 or even 8 years would be possibly only if Americans collectively abandon their human nature to defend themselves on a fundamnetal scare. I do worry it can happen, quite a bit actually, but have faith it can be stopped.
