An attorney general who thinks part of the Constitution overrides another part-- he being yet another self described "constitutional law" professor-- who was really just another law clerk at the Supreme Court. So do y'all feel better about his illegal, Senate is still in session "appointment" to oversee all financial sectors....including obamacare and the irs enforcement provisions of the individual mandate? Conservatives? Patriots? This guy is a classic socialist apparatchik, and it is this opinion that got him the appointment without a doubt, and also why Sen. Shelby put the whole thing on hold. This cannot and should not happen.

Well, if it is not reversed I think it will come to mass civil disobedience if not revolt. The systems are being put in place for a real police state— you know- “you will love the cradle to grave socialism, now pay up or else”.
Socialism is simply theft, and in this case intergenerational.

“It did happen and nobody will reverse it.”

If this great evil cannot be destroyed. we should just get liberalsim defined medically as a mental illness and mandate required treatment as part of every applicable healthcare plan.

If that don’t work in making democrats hate this lawless Federal Goverment as much as we do prepare for a fight to the death for our rights.

Nobody in Washington has a job if the Congress doesn't agree that they have that job. And that includes the President and the Chief Justice.

The problem is Dingy Harry and his line-dancing Senate Democrats. Someone has got to break down the hold Reid has on them (wonder what it is?), and set up a fight with Obama on these b.s. appointments and unconstitutional "czar" positions he's created.

Someone has to grow a pair, several someones in the billionaire boy’s club— and literally accost Reid publicly and dramatically— push him, call him treasonous. Specific, targeted and often— bring him down. Make the news media sit up- angry patriotic denouncement. Pelosi is quitting. So should Reid. And Boehner should begin impeachment proceedings- that will get their attention.

No budget, crippling debt that is unsupportable, a Senate that is in session and THEIR president makes an appointment without the consent of the sitting Senate— why is that Harry? Gloves off, no fear. That describes almost noone in the repubs.

What does Reid have— I think it is along the lines of the mormon casino and personal managers of Howard Hughes— there is definitely a mob connection. The man is as corrupt as one can get, and a pawn of the elders. This is different than Rome, and much worse. Who will rid this country of the stones in its shoes?

King Barack has that covered ... he will proclaim us domestic terrorists and the military will round us up.

That really stopped the King's czars.

Too late ... the King is in control of healthcare.

One way or the other democrats will not control the white house forever.

All we need to do under their new abomination is obtain power once to get all the liberals treated in 1 fell swop.

I’d even go so far as to get homosexuality treated as a disease again. One that clearly leads to other more serous disease threatening & now burdening those around them.

Liberals wanted Goverment to both define & take responsibility for theses aspects of an individual life. Let them be exposed to the sames judgement and responsible actions.

I’m sure more then a few of them will in horror realize the error of their ways far too late to do anything about it.
Should we fail to save ourselfs from their evil, we will simply have to give them “the benevolent hand of goverment” they wanted.

I wouldn't use that phrase again .... that sounds like a call for someone to off somebody else. Like all those "kill Bush" calls from the Left seven years ago, after he won re-election.

[You] That really stopped the King's czars.

My point is that, if we can get back the Senate, all of Obama's games stop. Between impeachment and the Senate standing up for the Constitution on appointments, Obama can be forced into open defiance of the Congress (he'd go for it, I think, based on his current behavior and Communist convictions about the efficacy of determination and superior cohesion), which will open the way to his impeachment and removal from office.

Which in turn will open the way to -- if necessary -- the sort of draconian solutions that would permanently remove the Prog/homosexual/minoritarian cabal from the country. Not, one would hope, with something like a Sicilian Vespers (q.v.) or a "Suharto solution", but with mass exile with positive ID, and an interdict against return on pain of death.

I would not be surprised if some form of planned massive civil disobedience erupted and martial law will be declared, canceling the elections.

I know it sounds far fetched but I don't believe he'll ever willingly relinquish his power.
