Does anyone else wonder why he picked this position to make this move? Is he testing the waters for future similar acts, or does he plan to use this appointment for something bigger? Anyone have some insight as to how the NLRB could help ensure his re-election? This seems to be something we should be asking.

I believe that he stacked the NLRB so he can force card check before he is voted out. This is the plum that he owes to big labor, and they are going to hold on to their money until it is passed.
