Under all evidence of which we are told, she could not be — for shame, for jumping to conclusions.

More stupidity from cops.

Police forces need to be privatized.

This cop must work in some really bad areas, this is third time he’s shot someone.

“It’s ridiculous,” said Andrea Johnson, Washington’s mother. “My son, I feel like he is the victims, instead of the sheriff, but driving with no license does not deserve to be in jail for nine months.”

Ignoring the "said Andrea Johnson, Washington's mother" obvious red flag, NINE MONTHS for ATTEMPTED MURDER? Of a cop? She's right, it's a ridiculously short sentence for attempted murder. Her bouncing baby criminal should be so lucky.

The nine months is for driving without a license.

The one indication of gunfire in the vehicle: gunshot residue found on three of its occupants.

Driving 100mph with a car full of people: a potential mass murderer. Twenty-five years without parole. He can watch football on the prison TV.

Why is it germain to say he was a football player ?

I wondered about that too.

If I were arrested for the same charges would they say, Graybeard the Sunday school teacher and church trustee? Oh, yes, they'd be certain to include that.

Pretty easy to verify if they did their jobs, you can’t fire a gun without having residue on your hands. One of the kids would talk if there were a gun.

From the article: "The one indication of gunfire in the vehicle: gunshot residue found on three of its occupants."

Well if you read the article you would see it was very faint residue and they admitted to shooting a firearm earlier that day.

So wheres the gun?

I’ve always thought anyone who runs from the cops like that should be charged with attempted murder. Too many innocent people killed in high speed chases.
