Any chance the earth will “tip over”?

Maybe we should move the American military to the North Pole to counter-balance.

>>Anthropogenic Global Warming Theory is very robust with respect to data. All observations confirm it at the 100% confidence level.<<

You forgot the /sarcasm tag. It’s necessary here because a certain percentage of loons actually believe what you wrote, some of them in positions of high office where they are busily spending our tax dollars on the basis of such idiocy.

>>Is this graph part of an article?<<

One of the best sites for keeping track of the global warming scam is http://wattsupwiththat.com

It’s run by Anthony Watts and has that graph on the Sea Ice Page, as well as tons of other information, plus two or three new topics relevant to global warming nearly every day.

Here’s the link to the Sea Ice Page: http://wattsupwiththat.com/reference-pages/sea-ice-page/ The graph is near the top.

And by the same people who adjusted the measurements in the first place, so you know it’s all good.

I’m familiar with Watts’ website, but I haven’t seen that graph. Thanks.

Fuel ship 190 miles from iced-in Nome

"A Russian tanker carrying much-needed fuel for iced-in Nome was about 190 miles from its destination late Saturday afternoon and making slow but steady progress, a company official said.

The city of about 3,500 people on the northwest Alaska coastline didn't get its last pre-winter fuel delivery because of a massive storm and could run out of crucial supplies before spring without the delivery."

Thank the Good Lord that Antarctica is at the bottom of the world, or that ice imbalance could tip the planet over.

OTOH, it is only natural that the extra ice would float down hill from the Arctic Ocean to Antarctica.

OTOOH, if this is Anthropogenic Global Ice Imbalance, and is caused by Catastrophic Anthropogenic Climate Aberration, due to Anthropogenic Global Warming, then we must take steps to reverse this terribly alarming and dangerous situation!

What a load of bunk! As the earth warms, the expansion of sea water due to Temperature Change will MORE than offset your minuscule drop in Global Mean Sea Level, flooding coastal towns and ports.

I'm applying for a grant to debunk your crackpot premise.

And MY grant application is for MORE money than yours, so TAKE THAT!

(Do I really need a sarcasm tag for this?)

I use the "AGWT rois very bust with respect to data" line and "The AGWT is unfalsifiable" line a lot here on FR and it occassionally gets a rise out of some people. I admit it is a bit naughty of me. Still, it is my own thing, and I rather like it.
