I’d wager their family reunions are already awkward.

Japanese publisher, correct? Can’t see this helping Japanese / Chinese relations, which haven’t been very good lately anyway.

Could be real juicy reading and make KJN as popular an author as Salman Rushdie.

” But the publishing firm decided to release it anyway because it is “meaningful to deliver Kim Jong Nam’s real voice at a time when North Korea is drawing global attention,” the editor said.”

Yes, most meaningful to the publisher’s pocketbook, because it will sell more books now.

Kim Jong-eun, 'the King Beef' of N. Korea, carries on the family tradition of on-site tour, looking at things.

This is the guy who humiliated Kim Jong Il around 2001 when he was discovered “going to Tokyo Disneyland.” In reality he was blowing loads of money in Tokyo at fuzoku (legalized prostitution).

One of his favorite prostitutes told the Japanese tabloids that his penis was so small that even Japanese condoms didn’t fit on his member.

Speaking of which, SK media reports that the commander of the division was seen in the picture with one star missing. He was a three star general in the photo seen previously, and now has only two.

It is clear from the photo that he was demoted, but speculation abounds as to why. Experts say that frequently a figure is just demoted but not purged when somebody else has made a serious problem but he only has joint responsibility (by regulation) for the incident.

Yeah, there were a bunch of tawdry details about how much he spent on these prostitutes - and some of the prostitutes were genuinely afraid because even though his Japanese was passable the prostitutes figured out who he was.

There were some rumors that the trips were actually arranged and facilitated by the yakuza for favors of gun and drug running to the Sado and Oki islands.

I knew a Japanese/Korean guy myself that owned a pachinko chain in Niigata and that used to come into the bar I frequented in Kyoto. He used to bring at least 5 hostesses or fuzoku girls and party until 5am - blew loads of money and bought everyone drinks. What a life.
