All he has to do is declare any citizens/judges/politicians who dare question his eligibility as enemy combatants.........and poof they disappear.
Oh, so you noticed your rights completely voided by this law too. I mean, your right to free speech and to bear arms are completely meaningless when you're stripped of your belongings and permanently locked away.
