OBAMA’s - and other Presidents’ - signing statements pertaining to portions of bills that HE doesn’t agree to, but signs the bill anyway, are nothing more than illegal line item vetoes. (I seem to recall that the USSC struck down a line item veto bill pertaining to budgets that was passed during the Clinton administration) If HE doesn’t agree with all elements of a bill, then HE should veto it, and send it back to Congress. That’s the way the rules were written.
The fact that he signed a bill replete with items he claims not to support indicates that he’s fundamentally broken his oath of office.
He’s not faithfully conducted the business of the office of the President and should be immediately impeached and removed from office.
