NOTICE to leftists, RINOs, establishment types, bots and trolls

Jan 20, 2012 | Jim Robinson

Leftists, MittBots, PaulBots, RINOs, Karl Rove establishment types and trolls of many stripes and colors have one-by-one driven our leading grassroots conservative candidates out of the race. They worked for years on Palin, then Perry, then Cain, then Bachmann, now Newt. When ever a non-establishment, non-RINO conservative gets into the lead they open fire and 24/7 trash and torpedo until they drive them out.

NO MORE!!

If you want to troll and trash our conservative candidates, take your business elsewhere! PaulBots can take it to a liberaltaraian site. RomneyBots to FOX News. RINO trolls to the NY Times. Lib trolls to DU. Abortionist/statist trolls to hell. I don’t care where you go, but if you’re here to trash Newt 24/7, I’m gunning for your azz!!

REBELLION IS HERE!!

WAR IS HELL!!

DON’T TREAD ON ME!!

Newt’s rebirth agenda: Repeal ObamaCare, Dodd-Frank, and Sarbanes-Oxley! Fire the czars! Fire Bernanke! Neuter the Fed and the EPA! Shutter Health, Education, Housing, Labor, Energy, etc. (can’t remember them all). Return the 185 some odd socialized federal welfare programs to the states and the people where they can either control them locally or shut them down. Privatize social security and medicare and or return them to the states and the people. Go to a personal flat tax of 15% after deductions. Reduce the corporate tax rate to 12.5%. Eliminate the capital gains tax. Eventually eliminate the payroll tax after social security is privatized and phased out.

REIN IN THE LIBERAL ACTIVIST JUDICIARY!!

Restore the constitutional balance of powers. Restore states rights. Restore individual rights!!

STOP THE WHOLESALE SLAUGHTER OF THE INNOCENT UNBORN!!

Cut the taxes, cut the government, cut the spending, cut the budget, cut the deficit, cut the borrowing, balance the books, cut unemployment, set our people free to produce, prosper and enjoy the fruits of their labor, ie, enjoy our God given unalienable rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness!!

Go, NEWT!!

“If a business returns value to the shareholders, then it has performed it fiduciary responsibility. Whether or not jobs were lost or created is not material. The investors are the risk takers and are deserving of rewarding if the business improves. They're the ones who put it all on the line. “

Well, you know for venture capital what you say is exactly true. However, for the type of transactions that are controversial, Romney/Bain merged management consulting with a leveraged buyout model. They joined the management and Board of the acquired companies.

Therefore they had a fiduciary responsibility to the acquired company's shareholders too, since they were members of that board. They were serving 2 masters. How well they did it has certainly been challenged in some cases.

Even Romney said, “great care has to be taken not to take a dividend or distribution from a company that puts that company at risk”. Whether his judgment was mistaken in some cases, and too much was taken out is a legitimate question to examine.

Bain did NOT put it all on the line, but they were in a position to hurt the acquired company's shareholders. The Bain model allows them to put up small amounts of their own money, pile up huge debts to leave with the company, while using the proceeds from the loans to pay huge dividends and management fees to Bain.

The executive compensation package is often structured so that going along with shortsighted decisions is personally enriching, which is just dandy, because their are no dishonest people or people who might be tempted among capitalists, Right?

If all the parties are 100% honest and not greedy, both companies shareholders interests are met in a balanced way. However, there is no built in mechanism to check abuse of power that would exist such as would exist if a business owner for example, hired a consultant.

174,000 absentee ballots have been returned in Florida.

Plus 10,000 ballots at 5 county early voting sites.

Last election early voting was 14 days and it would have taken place this past week. It was changed to eight days for all counties except those five.

So you have 184,000 ballots returned out of 2 million. So about 9 percent have been returned.

If Florida had been like the last primary with 14 days you would have had more than 20 percent returned by now.

So Speaker Newt won yesterday Among College Graduates as well as those not as fortunate in every income bracket under $200,000 per year.

And received over 100,000 more votes than McCain did in 2008.

Fight on!

Go Newt!

FL Prediction:

Newt 47%
Willard 34%
Santorum 9%
Nutjob RP 8%

Newt Gingrich is a brilliant man with great ideas and a vision for our future. He has a clarity of vision, proven credentials, and the ability to lead and motivate the majority with conviction.

Perhaps, we should focus more on his achievements rather than character assassinations and mistakes he made along the way. Newt’s’s overall record shows he has done more to advance the cause of conservatism; and economic and job growth than any of his opponents.

Newt’s political achievements in Congress were accomplished because he consistently bucked Washington convention in order to get things done.

Americans, regardless of party, will vote for Gingrich over President O’bama because he stands for ideas and results at a time when both parties have failed the American public.
