Doesn't Rick and most other candidates want to do the same thing in DC - eliminate dying and/or useless Federal agencies and trigger job losses for thousands of Federal employees?

I guess Mr Rick (1%) Perry is letting us know that if he is elected, don’t plan on him firing anybody in the Federal Government...wouldn’t want to put any redundant people out of a job, don’t you know..thanks Rick, for letting us know ahead of time that it will be business as usual in DC with President Perry.
