How can a military expert fail to kill a defenseless, willing victim (himself), unless he wanted to?

Pathetic bid for victimhood.
Now this crappy shot is ‘a victim’.

FREEPERS: This is a huge story. Talking to my wife & brother-in-law (both are Polish and we have a house not too far from Poznan), the military prosecutor’s office was not charged with leaking info about the plane crash. They were accused of colluding with the Russians and the KGB to cover up what could potentially be the assassination of the Polish President and his cabinet. The Poles have been cut out of all the information on the accident, except what the Russians will give them. The Russians have refused to give the black box, the wreckage and much of the personal and Polish State property back to Poland. The Colonel was defending his office in the news conference, ushered everyone outside, and then shot himself…...Poland is still struggling with the legacy of Communism and it was never completely purged from the many of the state institutions. The old Communists still have strong influences in the government. This is what happens when people have to live duel lives and hide the truth.
