Thanks Fiji Hill. La Jeune Garde is the song if the French communist international youth, now used by the Socialist Party. I’ve looked for a translation but not found one.
Basically it is taken from the words if Lenin saying if you want to make an omelette you’ve got to break eggs, or in French “tant pis s’il est cruel”
“too bad if its cruel”
Fits Obama to a T.

Although it's not always accurate, Google Translate will give you at least a rough translation of foreign words and phrases.

Here’s the translation from Google, with a little tweaking:

We are the young guard
We are the guys in the future
High in suffering
Yes we will conquer or die
We work for a good cause
To deliver the human race
Too bad if our blood sprinkles
The fish on our way!

Beware, beware
You swordsmen the bourgeois stuffed
Here is the young guard, here comes the young guard
Coming down the street
This is the start of the final battle
It is the revenge of all who died of hunger
This is the revolution that advances
This is the battle against the villains
Beware, beware
Beware, beware
Here comes the young guard

Children of poverty,
We force the rebels
We will avenge our fathers
That thieves have exploited.
We do not want to famine,
Who works must have bread.
Tomorrow we will take the plants,
We are men and not dogs.

We want no more war
Because we love humanity.
All men are our brothers,
We cry fraternity.
Universal Republic.
Emperors and kings, all buried.
Never mind if the fight is cruel.
After the rain, the weather is nice.
