One-on-one? Nope. Newt, Santorum and Huntsman are also plaintiffs in the suit even though only Newt and Perry submitted disqualified slates of signatures.

If Perry's on the ballot as a result, Newt will be too. With no signatures submitted, I don't see how Huntsman and Santorum get on the ballot.
