I suspect Mahmoud is half-right.

From Ahmadinejad’s point of view we are ultimately responsible because Israel would not exist if it were not for the US.

He is correct that the Arabs would have destroyed Israel had not the US given Israel military aid over the years.

But the US has gotten its moneys worth from that arrangement.

Even now with these assassinations, I suspect that the US has some amount of involvement in them.
