If this is really so, why do a majority of liberals continue to be put in office?
Could it be that many who think they are conservative are actually dunces who vote for liberals because it makes them feel good?
I question if many who think themselves conservate are truly so......

The best conservatives generally put their families first so Sarah Palin and Herman Cain could not stand the heat of the “kitchen”.

You got it! Some who claim to be conservatives even voted for Obama. If you are actually a conservative and voted for Obama you are an idiot.
I suspect a lot of folks who consider themselves as “conservative” still reward politicians who promise them free stuff from the government. They do want lower taxes (for themselves, but higher taxes for those other guys).
