Never heard of Piestewa, but I partied on Squaw Peak many times 35 or so years ago with some HS buds.
Glad I don’t live in Phoenix anymore though. I like these Rocky Mtns.

You and me both. It's Squaw Peak and Squaw Peak Parkway; none of that Piestewa crap!
It would have been more appropriate to rename the Gila River Casino to the Piestewa Casino.
PC garbage all around.
