Bigotry is used allot today to justify “inclusion” and “universality”.

Christianity has basic doctrines and beliefs which Mormonism absolutely does not adhere to and in fact opposes. Mormonism is not Christian and it is a cult, easily seen for anyone who investigates their beliefs....it’s been stated so for generations now and the Christian communnity will continue to fight their teachings which oppose Christianity.

Mormonism is counterfeit Christianity and fulfills all the earmarks of a cult across the board.

I think LDS has plenty in common with Christians of all denominations. We believe in God, believe in Jesus Christ as the Savior, believe in living according to the teachings of Jesus.

I live and work around people who are almost all non-Mormons and find I have lots in common with other Christians. We have very similar values, ideals and hopes.

I think sometimes people blow up the differences to be a major problem. That’s why it’s surprising to come on FR and find people getting so upset about Mormonism. LDS are generally good neighbors, believers in common decency, lovers of country, family and friends.

I appreciate my friends of all religious backgrounds and enjoy associating with them.
