OOoh no, DJ. So sorry .. especially when winter has hit. Sure hope you can get it under control quickly.

Ever try Zicam Oral Spray if it’s a cold .. it’s magic for me, 4-5 times a day.

And Vit D3 ..10-15,000 IU/day when fighting one.

Pamper yourself, sleep, drink lotsa fluids, and release those rotten germs ..and I hope you feel much better soon ... HUGS ;)
