Do you favor a federal court’s intervention into a state’s right to hold elections in a certain manner or do you believe that a state should be able to conduct elections without an unelected activist federal judge overruling decisions of a state legislature?

That, dogz, is a very good question.

In this case I believe the Feds shouldn’t be involved, as it isn’t an election for national office, merely a state primary to see which contestant gets to run in the national race.

I said the fix was in because it is so obvious the RNC was involved up to its ears in this one.

equal protection is the feds butting in.

prohibiting a poll tax is the feds butting in.

prohibiting literacy tests for voting is the feds butting in.

18 years old voting age is the feds butting in.

Why not just impliment card check style primary voting then?
