I suspect these ATF officials while probably corrupt are more “whipping boys” than responsible persons.
If anyone deserves a reprimand it would be Holder and Obama.

Not a lawyer, but suspending anyone for the F&F scandal is an admission of guilt. Is it not? Well, no it's not. I think you mean responsiblity.
In short, the burdon of proof is different.
