The problem is, if Mitt wins, I see this website likely destroying itself.

FR has put so much into stopping Mitt, if Mitt wins...this place will be hell on Earth.

All without trying to rally support around one conservative, so pretty much if Mitt wins, it will be because the conservatives failed to do what they needed to do to stop him.

I see the glass as half full. FR survived 2008 and it will survive this election as well. We saw the emergence of the Tea Party and fielded many congressional candidates...some of which won their contests.

Many of us conservatives have left the GOP behind and put their support in to the Tea Party movement...me included. Bachmann, IMHO, was the only candidate that best exhibited conservatism in the race but she could not gain much support.

The left, the media and the moderate (read RINOs) are pushing Romney. Open primaries are another huge problem...letting the Rats vote as well doom our conservative chances of putting forward a conservative nominee.
