To hell with Federalist 78, and screw Hamilton and the horse he rode in on.

The Founders clearly gave the House the power of impeachment, establishing the courts and controlling the court’s purse strings.

The House has the power to crush the judiciary whenever it wants. Assuming, of course, that we can find House members with the stones to turn the situation around.

If not, let’s find out how many generals and divisions the black-robed Marxists have.

That wasn’t the question, and it was also Hamilton’s point as to WHY the power of constitutional review lies in the judiciary and not with the other branches.

In any event, I am not sure as to what you mean by “turn the situation” around. Are you seriously taking the position that this guy shouldn’t have been sanctioned?
