Thanks to the efforts of Catholic Charities, Arkansas Advocates for Families & Children, the ACLU, and other "undocumented" immigrant groups, several private sector jobs were created and healthcare was provided for the poor! According to Cherith Beck, The Public Information Office for the US. Attorney's Office for East Arkansas, at least 5 of the people involved are here illegally or to use the politically correct term "undocumented immigrant". Only 1 has been mentioned by the media. Other members of this business are here on immigrant visas processed by the system that is supposed process millions of "undocumented people" if a DREAM ACT or path to legal status is passed. A quote from the story and another link with some details are here: www.fox16.com/news/local/story/Former-NLRPD-officer-among-indicted-in-meth
"The government says their number one defendant, Gladys Maldonado, will have a detention hearing at federal court tomorrow. Her husband Christian Maldonado is being held by Immigration & Customs Enforcement agents in Memphis, TN."
Arkansas Ping List!
I hope the people in N LR are outraged over this and demand laws be followed.
If nothing happens it this only will grow.
